Press Releases
New Leaf Digital Tech Training Program
Elmsford NY, September 29, 2005 – Leaf
America, in conjunction with NYC-based digital training firm 127 Productions,
has announced a new Digital Tech Training Program. It is designed to
help keep professional digital techs and assistants up-to-date with the
latest in Leaf hardware and software.
This all-day, hands-on training is designed
to bring digital techs to the cutting edge of the Leaf workflow regardless
of their current level. Rather than a lecture, the training is hands-on,
with each participant working on their own computer. The entire workflow
is taught in a slow, methodical way to ensure all aspects are covered
and all questions are answered. In addition, each attendee will work
with the new Leaf Aptus Back – preparing for the shoot, managing
and renaming image files plus processing them for delivery to the client.
The NYC-based trainings will be held at Noho Productions, 636 Broadway
in New York City on the second Tuesday of each month, and there are plans
to bring these trainings to other cities throughout the country. Details
of future training events will be announced when they are available.
These are the NYC dates that are confirmed:
October 11, 2005
November 8, 2005
